LI:EVE è un mio progetto personale.
Sto cercando mi far confluire in questo progetto alcune delle mie principali passioni: in particolare musica, video e arte contemporanea.
This a David Bowie song (Ashes to ashes) which I played and arranged with my vocal coach Maurizio Zappatini.
The idea of the video was born after I read an old Bowie's interview in which he talks about the birth of this song.
There was a sentence that kept playing in the back of my mind: "There's a connection that can be made between being a somewhat lost five-year old and feeling a little abandoned and having the same feeling when you're in your twenties." (http://www.songfacts.com).
From this sentence I imagined the first frame linked with the idea of feeling lost at my age and the idea of time, which fascinates and scares me at the same time.
I realized the video by myself with the help of Fabio Prestini for the scenography and to shot the scenes where I appear in the video.

Questa è una canzone di David Bowie (Ashes to ashes) che abbiamo cantato, suonato e riarrangiato io e il mio vocal coach Maurizio Zappatini.
L'idea del video è nata dopo aver letto una vecchia intervista di David Bowie in cui parla di come ha scritto questo brano.
Una frase in particolare mi è risuonata nella testa per giorni: "There's a connection that can be made between being a somewhat lost five-year old and feeling a little abandoned and having the same feeling when you're in your twenties." (http://www.songfacts.com).
Da lì sono nate le prime immagini legate al sentirsi persi alla mia età e all' idea di tempo, affascinante e minacciosa insieme.
Il video è stato realizzato completamente da me e da Fabio Prestini che mi ha aiutata per la scenografia e, ovviamente, per le riprese in cui compaio io stessa.
